What We Offer...
16 plus offers placements to young people leaving care between the ages of 16 and 25 years old.
The following packages of support are offered:
- Low level support package: Accommodation and 6 Hours
- Medium level support packages: Accommodation and 10 hours
- High level support packages: Accommodation and 15 hours
- Intensive support packages: Accommodation and evening and or overnight support hours.
- Emergency placements
- Mother and baby placements
In addition to the above 16 plus are able to offer tailor made support packages as requested by the referring officer to suit the needs of each individual young person referred. If you do not see what you require please ask.
