The guidance given by qualified staff has proved very popular with residents and helps in promoting well-being and self esteem. Crown House is supportive throughout placements and seeks to provide a realistic balance between the encouragement of resident`s personal hobbies and interests and the assessment of their parenting skills. The atmosphere within the Centre is deliberately informal and friendly; the discipline needed to ensure the well-being of residents and staff alike is maintained as far as possible on a low key basis.
