Fourteen Keys homes now “Outstanding” (Ofsted)

Ofsted imageFollowing the latest round of Ofsted inspections (and a lot of hard work by Keys Group staff) we are delighted to report that the total number of Keys Group homes that have achieved "Outstanding" status has now reached 14!

This increase is very welcome and is testament to Keys Groups single minded focus upon improving the care experience for all children placed, creating positive placement outcomes and constantly improving policies and protocols in line with national standards and cutting edge practice.

These improvements are underpinned by an almost forensic approach to quality improvements in every aspect of the service, spearheaded by Alyson Johnson (Managing Director for Quality, Performance and Regulation).  On hearing the good news Alyson commented:

" It is particularly pleasing that we have seen these improvements under the new Ofsted inspection framework which is now far more rooted in outcomes for children and children's views of the care they receive.  The increase in the number of outstanding homes reflects the work that the managers and staff put in each and every day into improving outcomes for the children that they care for."
