Keys Group acquires CareUK Childrens Services

The Directors of Keys Group are excited to announce that from 4.3.2011., Keys have acquired the company formerly known as Care UK Childrens Services Ltd
This acquisition (one of the largest Keys have ever undertaken) is a significant development for the Keys Group and further reinforces its position as the foremost provider of specialist therapeutic children's residential and education services in the UK.
The acquisition of Care UK brings a further 18 children's homes and 2 specialist schools to the Keys Group portfolio and a very experienced and able group of staff who will continue to support the children currently placed.
Emma Beech will for the initial months oversee and manage the successful integration of the former Care UK organisation into the Keys Group and she is very excited by the new challenges and opportunities this development presents,
